If you happen to pick up the March/April issue of Brownbook Magazine…

I recently interviewed Mona Khazindar for Brownbook Magazine. As the Saudi-born curator at the Arab World Institute in Paris, Khazindar has been instrumental in changing perceptions and broadening the definition of contemporary Middle Eastern art to an international audience. A fascinating and cosmopolitan individual, Khazindar will be co-curating the first Saudi Pavilion at the upcoming Venice Biennale.

I’ve included an excerpt from my article for Brownbook magazine, and hope you can get your hands on a copy.
